    Lil' Dribblers Spring Session - Register NOW!

    Southeast Soccer's Lil' Dribblers is a fun and exciting 4-week soccer program for kids ages 4-8 that encourages a love and appreciation for soccer while learning new skills every week.  

    Spring 2018 Session (schedule change due to snow): 

    • Four Fridays, April 27, May 4, 11, 18
    • Time: 6:00 - 7:15pm
    • Place: Cooper School Field, Longfellow, Minneapolis
    • Fee: $55 (includes Lil' Dribblers t-shirt)

    Lil' Dribblers is a fantastic program! Our kindergartener was reluctant at first but the instructors were so encouraging that she came to really look forward to her time at the program.

    If you are new to Southeast, have not not been offered a roster spot and would like to join a team, please complete our New Player Inquiry Form.

    Goalkeeper Training Clinic with Coach John Abraham - CANCELLED

    A fantastic opportunity for player and coach instruction!

    Join us for an intensive goalkeeper clinic with Coach John Abraham on Saturday, April 14, 2018. Goalkeeper Clinic has been cancelled due to weather. There will be three one-hour blocks devoted to goalkeeping safety and fundamentals. (Rain date will be Sunday, April 15, 4-6:30pm)

    • Hour 1 – Distributing the ball, positioning/angles, hands
    • Hour 2 – More ball distribution, handling breakaways, diving, and reaction speed.
    • Hour 3 – More breakaways, real game situations like free kicks, corner kicks, penalty shots

    This clinic is recommended for all full-time and part-time keepers--or those players who are curious about goalkeeping. Parents are also encouraged to attend so that they can continue to support their player's development.

    The program is FREE to all Southeast members. Look for information from your team manager on how to RSVP for this event.

    Southeast Soccer Annual General Meeting

    March 22, 2018 - 6:00 - 7:30pm 

    You are invited to the Southeast Soccer Annual General Meeting Thursday, March 22nd at Roosevelt High School (4029 28th Ave S).

    This is an opportunity to hear about the direction of your community soccer club and let the Board of Directors know what your priorities are.

    Southeast PACT Training on February 28

    Southeast Soccer is becoming a PACT Club!

    Parents and Coaches Together (PACT) is an educational program developed at the University of Notre Dame’s Center for Ethical Education and Development. The program is:

    • Based on research from developmental, educational, and sport psychology.
    • Designed to help coaches and parents to be on the same page in successfully creating a positive and motivating climate in Minnesota youth soccer.
    • Presented by experienced trainers approved by the University of Notre Dame.
    • PACT empowers coaches and parents to realize their unique roles in fostering athlete intrinsic motivation, character development, optimal performance, well-being and satisfaction.

    Southeast Soccer Coaches, Managers and Board members are required to attend this "coach-oriented" training.  February 28, 6-8:15pm, Rm 303-305 Kennedy Center, Augsburg University.  Register Here
