Southeast Needs You!

Volunteer Policy

Southeast Soccer (SES) is a non-profit organization operated primarily by volunteers.  It is Southeast Soccer’s goal to keep costs affordable, yet provide a soccer experience which meets the competitive level of traveling soccer.

In order to keep our operation running and provide our kids with a fun, rewarding soccer experience, SES needs your help.  The goal is to distribute fairly a huge workload among all of the SES families.

How You Can Help

At this point, parents are not required to volunteer as in other clubs.  The Southeast Soccer Club Board will review this policy as necessary to maintain a low cost option to play competitive soccer.

Here are just a few ways you can help:

  • Offer to be a team manager
  • Assist the team manager with tasks such as player pass lamination at the beginning of the season
  • Set up the fields at Cooper & Howe for games by measuring the fields and lining.  Reline as needed.
  • Assist with game set up for home fields as necessary; putting up nets & corner flags
  • Take pictures at the games for the web site & for team
  • Offer to assist the coach during practices
  • Car pooling to make sure the team has adequate players at the games
  • Assist with content for the web site
  • Assist with fundraisers
  • Many jobs are available

E-mail the Southeast Soccer Board for more information on how to get involved.
